We are constantly striving for improvement, and you, our customers, have a heavy hand in helping us push ever forward. It makes our day when we hear from an enthusiastic customer, whether that be with a glowing review or comments/concerns.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Cubalaya fly reels are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. We extend this offer to all original owners and it covers any defects related to component failure or manufacturing issues. Any defective reel will be repaired or replaced at our headquarters, with all parts and labor included, as we see fit. Replacement spring and pawls may be purchased online and are not included under warranty, as these are regular wear items. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper handling by the customer, maintenance neglect, or to products subject to modifications. Please register your reel within 30 days of purchase to receive full warranty benefits. You may do so below.

Service / Warranty Instructions

Please carefully package, insure, and ship your reel in a prepaid postage box to Cubalaya Outfitters. Our shipping address is: Cubalaya Outfitters-  4030 N. Rockwell St. Chicago, IL 60618. Please add a note with a brief description of the issue or maintenance you are requesting. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number. You will need to include a $35 check for shipping and handling back to you. International rates may vary. Cubalaya is not liable for any backing or fly line damage while in service. We recommend removing your fly line prior to shipping the reel to us. Any repairs that are not covered under our warranty program will require pre-approval from the customer.
